Success Story: Tiffany Underwood

Tiffany is one of the many amateur figure competitors that Chastity trains.

Her hard work paid off by placing 1st in Height Class B at the Arnold Classic in early March.

I have been working out for several years.  Just last year I contacted Chastity about my interest in competing in a Figure competition.  Chastity was very honest with me and told me how much work it would be to get me to the point of "stage ready".  I was very nervous at first about meeting her and training with her, but after meeting her the first time, she made me feel so very comfortable.  Chastity is so down to earth, and has such a great positive attitude.  She has an abundance of energy, and a love for the Lord, that is contagious!

Chastity has taught me so much more about training than I ever knew. I learned many new ways to train my body and completely change my shape and look. Her knowledge of this sport is fantastic!  With her guidance, I have been able to change my outlook on training, eating, and overall living.  This contest prep was a long road, but was all worth it. This was a new and unknown experience for me, and I felt like I was completely prepared for show time.  I was only able to train with Chastity just a few times, and wished it could have been many more.  However, Chastity and I kept in contact through e-mail, and she sent me everything I needed during the entire pre-contest road.  I am truly blessed to have her in my life!
