The program designed for you by our trainers will be only part of what will be necessary to help you meet your goals, you must make a personal commitment to follow the principles and guidelines set forth, keep your food journal, and perform some type of cardio activity on your own. A life-style change will not work without total commitment.
Depending on your previous fitness levels, the initial conditioning stage may take four to six weeks. In eight to twenty weeks after your start, you will begin to see improvement in your conditioning. The rate of your progress will be more intense and rapid. We will review your progress every two to four weeks to make sure you’re on target toward your goals.
Fitness progress is very personal. People develop at different rates. But it will take time. Our trainers will be with you each step of the way to encourage you and make necessary changes toward continual improvement.
