Jacque Bolton

My name is Jacque Bolton. I worked with personal trainer Shanda Stammen at Fitness Layne for two years. In that time I lost 100 pounds, increased my strength and cardiovascular endurance and learned to eat to maintain a healthy, energetic body. For me working with a personal trainer made all the difference in the world when it came to making a lifestyle change. Your personal trainer not only plans your workouts but she is there as a teacher and friend. I have maintained my weight and no longer take medications for any chronic illnesses.  I exercise with a group twice a week and do resistance training and cardio workouts on my own twice a week.

From the beginning I wanted to make lifestyle changes that I would be able to maintain for the rest of my life. I found that at Fitness Layne.  I so thoroughly believe in the healthy eating and exercise plan that I learned at Fitness Layne that I have become a personal trainer certified by NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).  I want to teach others how to develop a total exercise and eating philosophy that will allow them to be the healthiest and happiest they can be.
