Success Story: Rebecca Spoltman

When I first heard of the idea of getting a personal trainer, I thought it was insane. Afterall, who has the time to do this? I work full time, am a full time mommy of three under the age of 5, and a wife. My husband had heard of this program and thought I would enjoy it. I think he was saying, “ Honey! You have just had our third baby and you need to get back in shape!” Just kidding. Honestly, when we met Chastity I thought she was great, but I would not have went any further in taking advantage of this program if it was not for my husband. He actually stopped in and arranged everything. For that, I thank him. This was one of the best things he could have done for me.

I started the program 6 weeks after having a baby. Needless to say I was far from being in shape. I felt I was being selfish taking time away from my family and work to exercise three times a week. Really I was doing the best thing for me and them. It actually made me a better person, physically and mentally. This is not an easy program to say the least. You have to be motivated and want to make a change to get the best out of it.

The first step for me was changing my eating habits. I cut out Coke all together and began eating high protein meals with very little carbs. Eating breakfast was a huge adjustment for me. I usually skipped it. I enjoyed the strength training and actually surprised myself on how strong I was. At the end of the program in July, I had seen a huge change in myself. I ended up losing 17 lbs. of body fat and gaining 8 lbs of muscle. Since July I have lost an additional 6 lbs. I really enjoyed the time I spent working out. It was great for me. You do need to take the time to take care of yourself. It will only make you a better person for you and the ones you love.

I would recommend this program for anyone. I think the staff and Chastity are great!
