The purpose of these group training sessions is to further develop necessary skills of strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, speed, explosive power and proper nutrition to improve the participant's performance in their sport.

Athletes will be educated in proper training techniques so that they can continue his or her workout on their own at the end of the program.

Athletes will be tested at the beginning and the end of the program.
